Mini-split cleaning cost on the North Fork: prices by unit count

See Mini Detailer’s same-property pricing, from $350 for one indoor unit to $250 each for ten or more, plus scope and timing considerations.

Before you add mini-split deep cleaning to your home’s maintenance list, you should be able to answer a basic question: what will it cost for the units you actually have?

Mini Detailer’s starting service subtotal is $350 for one standard, accessible wall-mounted indoor unit. The per-unit price decreases when more indoor units are cleaned at the same property. These are our published rates, not a claim about the average price across the North Fork.

The current same-property price schedule

Indoor unitsPrice per unitService subtotal
1$350$350
2$340$680
3$330$990
4$315$1,260
5$305$1,525
6$295$1,770
7$285$1,995
8$270$2,160
9$260$2,340
10+$250$2,500 for 10

Count the indoor wall-mounted units, not the outdoor equipment. Three indoor units means three cleaning locations and a $990 starting subtotal. At ten units, the subtotal is $2,500. Any applicable tax and approved extra work are confirmed before booking.

Compare the scope, not just the number

A filter rinse, an internal deep clean and a full HVAC maintenance visit are different purchases. Carrier’s maintenance guidance distinguishes routine filter care from deeper professional work.

Our proposed indoor cleaning covers accessible coil and blower surfaces, the accessible drain pan, washable filters, louvers and removable covers. Repairs, refrigerant work, electrical work, outdoor-unit service, concealed drain-line repairs and mold testing or remediation are outside that scope.

If another estimate is much higher or lower, compare those inclusions before deciding which represents better value. Ask whether the quote includes the same number of indoor units and whether access limitations could change the job.

What could require a separate review?

The published pricing is for standard, accessible wall-mounted indoor units. High installations, unusually restricted access, ceiling cassettes and concealed systems need review. Mention these details in your request so the service can be assessed before a date is arranged.

A photo taken safely from the floor can help explain an installation above a staircase or behind fixed furniture. Do not climb or remove a cover just to obtain more information for an estimate.

Budget your time as well

Allow approximately 45 minutes of cleaning per indoor unit. Two units represent about 90 minutes of cleaning; four represent about three hours. These are planning estimates, not an arrival window or guaranteed total visit length. Travel, breaks and site conditions are separate considerations, and larger jobs may require multiple visits.

If the home is used on weekends or between guest stays, tell us about your access window. A low price is only useful if the eventual visit works for the property.

See the subtotal before sharing your details

Our price calculator shows the rate and service subtotal for your unit count first. You can then send your name, phone number and property ZIP code for a follow-up about model, access and scheduling. Sending that request does not charge you or reserve an appointment.
