Is this more than cleaning the filter?
Yes. The requested service focuses on accessible internal surfaces, including the coil, blower and drain pan, as well as washable filters and removable covers. Exact disassembly and cleaning methods depend on the model and are confirmed before service.
How often should a mini-split be cleaned?
Plan professional mini-split cleaning at least once a year. Carrier recommends annual professional cleaning; heavy use or buildup may call for more frequent attention. Follow your model’s care instructions and have the deep-cleaning scope assessed for its condition. Our indoor cleaning service does not replace a full HVAC maintenance visit or repairs.
Can you clean every brand or type?
We start with accessible wall-mounted indoor units. We confirm the model, installation height and condition before accepting a job. Ceiling cassettes, concealed systems and difficult access require separate review.
What about musty smells, mildew or suspected mold?
Tell us what you’ve noticed. Moisture can support mold growth, and a musty or mildew smell deserves attention, but a smell or dark residue alone does not tell us the cause. We review suspected mold and leaks before accepting a cleaning. This service does not include mold testing, remediation or repairs, and we cannot promise odor removal or health outcomes. EPA guidance recommends addressing moisture problems and not running a system you suspect is contaminated with mold until appropriately assessed.
Do you offer multi-unit discounts?
Yes. The same-property per-unit rate steps down from $350 for one unit to $250 for ten or more. Use the calculator to see the rate and service subtotal for your exact unit count. Any applicable tax and approved extras are confirmed before booking.
Can you coordinate a rental property?
Tell us about guest turnover, access and any time restrictions in your request. We’ll confirm whether the schedule works before booking.
What happens after I request a quote?
Mini Detailer reviews your request and follows up to confirm the units, scope, price and technician availability. Submitting the form does not reserve a time or take payment.
