Privacy notice
Mini Detailer uses the information you provide to review and respond to mini-split cleaning quote requests on the North Fork of Long Island.
What we collect
The quote form collects your name, email, phone number, property ZIP code, unit count, preferred timing, property type and any notes you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, access codes or sensitive personal information. We also store the campaign tags attached to the link you used and a record of your agreement to be contacted.
How we use and share it
We use your request to communicate with you, assess coverage, prepare a quote and coordinate service. Relevant job information may be shared with the cleaning provider arranging your visit. Hosting and storage providers process information for us. We do not sell quote-request information or subscribe you to marketing messages through this form.
Optional AI callback
If a separate AI callback choice is offered and you choose it, Mini Detailer may use an AI voice assistant to follow up about your quote. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Calling providers, including ElevenLabs, may process your phone number, quote details, call audio and transcript. We retain your exact consent text, phone number, consent time and a protected request fingerprint, plus structured call and scheduling information. You can ask the assistant not to call or use the business contact number shown in the consent. An AI call cannot confirm an appointment; a service provider must accept the job.
Storage and security
Quote requests are stored in a separate Mini Detailer database hosted by Cloudflare. Access is restricted to authorized account operators. Requests are retained while needed for follow-up, service records and legitimate business requirements. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Measurement and cookies
We record a successful quote request only after it has been saved. Campaign tags help attribute requests to the link used. If optional Meta advertising measurement is configured and you allow it, Meta Pixel may receive page-view and successful-request events and browser information under Meta’s privacy policy. The form’s name, phone, email and notes are not included in those browser events. Optional measurement is off until you choose to allow it. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it with “Cookie preferences” in the footer; choosing essential only stops future optional events.
Our font provider may receive routine connection data when a page loads. Cloudflare processes network information to serve and protect the website. The form uses a temporary hash of a network address to limit abusive submissions.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can decline optional measurement and still request a quote. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, use the quote form and write “Privacy request” in the notes, or reply to Mini Detailer’s response to your original inquiry. We may ask you to verify the request before acting. A privacy request does not book a cleaning.

This service is intended for adults arranging property services. Please do not submit information about children.
